Golden Eaglets Head to WAFU-B U17 Tournament in Cote d'Ivoire - Defending Champions Ready

The Golden Eaglets, Nigeria's U17 Boys National Team, are set to participate in the WAFU-B U17 Boys Tournament in Yamoussoukro, Cote d'Ivoire. The team departed for the competition after playing friendly matches, winning 10 out of 13 games.

The tournament will kick off with the Eaglets facing the Baby Cheetahs of Benin Republic on September 24. Matches will be held at the Stade du Lycée Scientifique in Yamoussoukro, featuring teams from Cote d'Ivoire, Niger Republic, Ghana, Togo, and Burkina Faso.

The Eaglets are aiming to defend their world champion title in the tournament.
