StarTimes Nigeria to Air FIFA World Cup 2026 Live

StarTimes Nigeria announced it will offer complete coverage of the FIFA World Cup 2026, which will take place from June 11 to July 19, 2026. The coverage will include 104 matches, allowing millions of fans across Nigeria to enjoy uninterrupted action via dedicated sports channels ST Sports Life (Ch. 253/243) and ST World Football (Ch. 254/245).

As part of a nationwide campaign, subscribers can enter a competition to win a total prize pool of 50 million Naira, with a grand prize of 10 million Naira drawn live on the final night, July 19, 2026. Additional prizes include seven StarTimes H30 solar home systems and 14 StarTimes S130B 32" TV bundles.

The campaign runs from June 1 to July 19, 2026, and customers qualify by purchasing or renewing subscriptions. StarTimes Nigeria will also reduce decoder prices during the World Cup period from May 18 to July 31, 2026, with basic bouquet subscriptions starting at 4,000 Naira.
