Amosun Reaffirms Support for Tinubu's 2027 Bid

Ibikunle Amosun, the former governor of Ogun State, publicly reaffirmed his support for President Bola Tinubu's bid for a second term during the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential primary held in Ward 6, Itoko, Abeokuta, on Saturday. Amosun declared that members of the APC across the country are united behind Tinubu's re-election for the 2027 general elections.

He described the primary exercise as a special moment for party members, highlighting the large turnout and enthusiastic participation as a demonstration of loyalty to Tinubu. Amosun noted that the orderly conduct of the exercise showed unity within the APC and emphasized that all members agreed on the desire for Tinubu's return.

Afolabi Afuap, representing Abeokuta South Federal Constituency, also expressed appreciation for the peaceful participation of ward members, indicating strong support for Tinubu.
