Joeboy Discusses Desire for Early Marriage and Privacy

Nigerian singer Joseph Akinwale Akinfenwa-Donus, known as Joeboy, revealed his openness to marrying at a young age while intending to keep his marriage private. In an interview with British media personality Madame Joyce, the 29-year-old music star expressed a desire to marry in his 20s and have teenage children by the time he is in his 40s.

Joeboy stated that being 40 years old with a 16-year-old child would be a rewarding experience. His perspective on early marriage was influenced by Nollywood actor Timini Egbuson, who, despite his playboy reputation, expressed regret about not marrying earlier.

Joeboy reflected on Egbuson's comments, suggesting that if a playboy like him wishes he had married early, it might indeed be a positive choice. He emphasized that marriage should happen when it feels right and that he would prefer to marry early, but if he did so now, it would remain a secret until he has three children.
