Governor Wike Condemns Military Land Takeover in Abuja, Vows Resistance

Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers State spoke out against the Nigerian Navy's alleged encroachment on land in Gaduwa area, Abuja. Wike accused a former naval chief of being behind the illegal takeover and vowed to resist any intimidation.

He emphasized the importance of following due process and obtaining proper documentation for land ownership. Wike called for law and order to prevail, rejecting any unlawful developments on government land.

He assured that security measures would be enforced without resorting to violence.
