Nyesom Wike Warns Against Lawlessness in FCT-Military Clash

Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers State has spoken out on the FCT-military clash in Abuja, stressing the importance of upholding the rule of law. He condemned lawless acts that undermine due process in land administration within the capital city.

Wike clarified that the disputed land in question, Santo Estate, is designated for recreational purposes and not residential construction. He warned against any attempts to disrupt official enforcement activities, stating that appropriate legal measures will be taken.

Wike reaffirmed the commitment of the FCT Administration to enforce urban development laws fairly and firmly.
