APC National Chairman: No Governor Controls Party, Decisions Made Nationally

The rift between Governor Wike and former Minister Fubara within the APC has sparked a statement from the National Chairman, Prof. Nentaw Yilwatda.

He clarified that no governor, local government chairman, or individual has ultimate control over the APC party decisions, as they are made at the national level. Yilwatda highlighted the importance of avoiding unnecessary crises and explained why the APC does not have a board of trustees, stating that the party's structure is designed to prevent any individual or group from controlling it.
