Seventeen Players Risk Suspension in World Cup Quarter-Finals

Seventeen players are at risk of suspension for the FIFA World Cup semi-finals due to the yellow card rule. If any of these players receive a second yellow card during the quarter-finals, they will be ineligible for the semi-finals.

The players include four from Morocco: Issa Diop, Achraf Hakimi, Redouan Halhal, and Bilal El Khannouss. England has four players at risk: Jude Bellingham, Nico O'Reilly, Declan Rice, and Marc Guehi.

Other players include Jarel Quansah, Manu Kone, and Michael Olise from France, as well as Granit Xhaka, Denis Zakaria, and Miro Muheim from Switzerland. Additionally, Ferran Torres from Spain, Antonio Nusa from Norway, Brandon Mechele from Belgium, and Gonzalo Montiel from Argentina are also on the caution list.

The quarter-finals will take place soon, and these players must avoid receiving a yellow card to remain eligible for the semi-finals.
