Canada and Bosnia Draw 1-1 in World Cup Opener

In their opening match of the World Cup, Canada and Bosnia played to a 1-1 draw. Bosnia took the lead in the 21st minute when Jovo Lukic scored his first international goal, converting a flick from a corner kick delivered by Sead Kolasinac.

Despite being outplayed, Canada equalized in the 78th minute when Cyle Larin scored, following a clever flick from Jonathan David. This goal marked Larin's 31st for the Canadian national team.

Canada had several opportunities to take the lead, including a missed chance by Jonathan David in the 17th minute and a blocked effort by Larin in stoppage time. The match ended with both teams sharing a point in Group B.

Canada will face Qatar next, while Bosnia will play against Switzerland.
