China and Cambodia to Forge Security Partnership Against Fraud

On Friday, Xi Jinping, the President of China, declared that China is prepared to establish a security partnership with Cambodia. This initiative aims to support Cambodia's ongoing efforts to address the persistent issue of telecom fraud.

Xi made these remarks during a meeting with Samdech Techo Hun Sen, who is the President of the Cambodian People's Party and the Senate. He commended Cambodia's determination to crack down on telecom and online fraud, emphasizing the importance of collaboration in enhancing security measures.
