Yobe Governor Gifts New Cars to 17 APC Chairmen

On Monday, Yobe State Governor Mai Mala Buni presented brand new Honda Accord vehicles to 17 local government chairmen of the All Progressives Congress (APC) during a ceremony at the party's state secretariat in Damaturu. The vehicles were handed over by Deputy Governor Idi Bard Gubana, who stated that the initiative aims to support party operations and strengthen grassroots mobilization across the 17 local government areas of the state.

Gubana urged the beneficiaries to utilize the vehicles effectively and remain committed to unity within the party. He advised the chairmen to avoid actions that could create divisions and emphasized the importance of adhering to APC guidelines.

State APC Chairman Muhammad Gadaka expressed appreciation for the governor's gesture and encouraged the beneficiaries to reciprocate with hard work. Additionally, the governor donated Sallah cloth wrappers to 37 members of the state party executive, and the state government, represented by Baba Malam Wali, donated N2 million to the chairmen to assist with fuel purchases for the vehicles.
