‘You Are The Tinubu Of Rivers State’ – APC Tells Candidates Ahead Of August Elections

The APC held a campaign event at Captain Elechi Amadi Polytechnic in Rumuola LGA ahead of the August elections in Rivers State. The National Vice Chairman urged candidates to replicate President Buhari's Renewed Hope Agenda to secure victory in the LGAs.

Senator Magnus Abe praised the unity and strength of Rivers APC, crediting the state executive for producing credible candidates. The state chairman presented party flags to chairmanship and vice chairmanship candidates across the 23 LGAs, emphasizing the need to win in all areas.

Governor Siminalayi Fubara was criticized for the last council election suspension, with Okocha declaring the party's entry into the race as a serious endeavor. The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory was commended for uniting politicians across party lines to support President Tinubu's bid for 2027.

Candidates were charged to work hard and secure victory in all 319 wards.
