Zamfara Council Boss Accuses Defected PDP Chairman of Anti-Party Acts

The chairman of Kaura Namoda Local Government Area in Zamfara State, Alhaji Munnir Haidara, has accused the former PDP chairman, Sadiq Chiroma, of engaging in anti-party activities after defecting to the APC. Haidara claimed that Chiroma held secret meetings with APC stakeholders during the last state assembly bye-election, leaking confidential party information and working against PDP's electoral chances.

Chiroma's influence at the local level has raised suspicions, prompting his formal exit. Haidara reiterated PDP's support for Governor Dauda Lawal and urged residents to continue backing government initiatives in the area.
