Zinox Group Launches 1000 Tech Scholarships for Youth

In celebration of Leo Stan Ekeh's 70th birthday on February 22, Zinox Group is offering 1,000 university tech scholarships to indigent Nigerian students, specifically targeting those studying computer science at federal universities across the country. Ekeh, the chairman of Zinox Group, explained that instead of a lavish birthday party, he prefers to contribute to the education of future tech leaders.

The initiative aims to support the growth of Nigeria's economy by nurturing a new generation of tech-savvy individuals who can drive innovation in various sectors. The first batch of students is expected to start in September, with the goal of earning first-class degrees.

Ekeh emphasized the importance of quality education and mentorship in transforming Nigeria's technological landscape. Additionally, Zinox Group has committed to various social responsibility projects, including a ten-year plan to produce 10,000 female tech experts.

Ekeh's philanthropic efforts over the past 40 years have made him a role model in the tech community.
