Zoho Unveils Free AI Tools to Empower African Businesses

Zoho, a global technology giant, has launched free Agentic AI tools in Africa to empower businesses. The new tools, including Zia Agent and Zia Agent Studio, aim to automate processes, streamline workflows, and improve decision-making.

Kehinde Ogundar, the country head of Zoho Nigeria, highlighted the removal of barriers like high setup costs to make advanced AI features accessible to businesses in Nigeria. These tools offer features like sentiment analysis, keyword extraction, and multi-step command execution, enhancing productivity and customer support.
