Borno Governor Zulum Approves N706m Scholarships for Orphans and Students

Borno State Governor Zulum has approved a N706 million scholarship for 300 orphans, including children of fallen heroes and members of the civilian joint task force, as well as various students in different educational programs. The beneficiaries include students from Federal University of Health Sciences, Al-Ansar University, and College of Nursing Sciences Maiduguri.

The initiative aims to support education and ensure that no student is left behind in the state's reconstruction efforts post-conflict. Dr.

Bala Isa, the Executive Secretary of the Borno State Scholarship Board, highlighted the commitment to transparency in fund disbursement. Zulum's leadership is praised for supporting youth education in Borno State.
