Zulum Announces Scholarships for Youths at Isaac Balami University in Borno

Borno State Governor, Prof. Babagana Umara Zulum, commended Tinubu for approving Isaac Balami University and announced scholarships for indigent youths during a visit by Isaac Balami.

Balami, the founder of IBUAM, pledged to sponsor at least 54 young people from Borno State to study at the university. Zulum expressed support for the youth and approved immediate scholarship slots for 54 indigent youths in pilot and aeronautical engineering programs at IBUAM.
