Borno Governor Criticizes Army Over Insurgent Attack After Troops' Withdrawal

Governor Zulum of Borno criticized the Nigerian Army after insurgents attacked the state following Cameroonian troops' withdrawal. Zulum visited the affected town, where two people died, 50 houses were destroyed, and property worth millions was damaged.

He faulted the military for not acting promptly despite prior warnings. Zulum met with military commanders to address the situation and urged residents to support the troops.
