Analysts have valued Dangote Petroleum Refinery at approximately $62 billion as it prepares for a potential IPO. The valuation reflects its scale, refining complexity, and planned expansion to 1.4 million barrels per day.

Dangote Petroleum Refinery is valued between N77.7 trillion and N82.62 trillion by CardinalStone Research and Chapel Hill Denham, ahead of its IPO, which is expected to list at N65.22 trillion. The refinery will offer 4.1 billion new shares at N525 each.
