2025 NBPL: Kano Pillars, Gombe Bulls, 2 Others To Clash In Group B

The 2025 Nigeria Premier Basketball League (NBPL) season will see Kano Pillars Basketball Club, Gombe Bulls, Bauchi Nets, and Plateau Peaks competing in Group B of the Savannah Conference. The league, scheduled to run from August 28th to November 16th, will feature sixteen teams divided into four groups for the Group Playoffs and Final Four stages.

Defending champions Rivers Hoopers will face tough competition from Delta Force, Oluyole Warriors, and Kwara Falcons in Group B of the Atlantic Conference. The top eight teams from the group stage will advance to the Playoffs Round, where knockout matches will determine the Final Four teams.

The team with the highest point total will be crowned the 2025 NBPL Champions. Rivers Hoopers will aim to secure their third consecutive title after winning the 2024 season.
