Tinubu Urges APC Unity and Youth Participation at Convention

On Friday, during the 4th national convention of the All Progressives Congress (APC) held at Eagle Square, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu urged party members to maintain unity and discipline while focusing on national development. He described the convention as a defining moment to strengthen internal democracy and consolidate the party's vision.

Tinubu reaffirmed the party's commitment to a renewed hope agenda and warned that internal divisions and individual interests pose the greatest threat to the APC. He highlighted the administration's achievements, including progress in infrastructure, social investment programs, fiscal reforms, and national security, noting steady economic growth, declining inflation, and rising investor confidence.

Tinubu acknowledged challenges in electricity supply and transmission, stating that the government aims to resolve these issues through initiatives like grid asset management. He called on young people and women to play active roles in governance and party leadership, emphasizing the need for credible leadership and transparent management to sustain the party's growth.
