D'Tigress to Learn 2026 FIBA World Cup Opponents April 21

Nigeria's D'Tigress will discover their group opponents for the 2026 FIBA Women's Basketball World Cup on April 21, 2024, during a draw in Berlin, Germany. The tournament will feature 16 qualified teams divided into four groups based on the FIBA Women's World Rankings.

D'Tigress is seeded in pot 2 alongside China, Belgium, and Spain. Under the guidance of current coach Rena Wakama, the team is set to begin a training tour in the United States on Thursday.
