PRP Candidate Ayodel Promises Industrial Growth in Ekiti

Prais Ayodel, the candidate for the People's Redemption Party (PRP) in the upcoming governorship election on June 20 in Ekiti State, has pledged to industrialize the state's economy. Speaking at the campaign's flag-off in Ado Ekiti, Ayodel emphasized the importance of utilizing the state's agricultural resources to foster sustainable growth and development.

His agenda includes establishing cottage industries across all 16 local government areas to create jobs, particularly targeting the youth and empowering women. Ayodel criticized the incumbent government for failing to positively impact residents' lives and stated that his administration would prioritize job creation and agricultural innovation.

He highlighted the need for stable electricity supply, aiming for 24-hour uninterrupted power within four years to support local businesses and households. Ayodel called on party members and residents to register and collect their permanent voter cards ahead of the election, expressing confidence in his blueprint to transform the state and improve citizens' livelihoods.
