Herve Renard to Leave Tunisia National Team Post-World Cup

Herve Renard has announced that he will leave his role as head coach of the Tunisia National Football Team after the 2026 World Cup. Renard confirmed that he will not sign a contract extension beyond June, following Tunisia's poor performance in the tournament, which included a 5-0 defeat to Belgium and a loss to Japan.

His last match in charge will be against the Netherlands on Thursday. Renard's departure marks him as the second coach to leave the role, with Sabri Lamouchi expected to replace him.

The announcement was made during an interview with ESPN on Monday, where Renard expressed no plans to continue beyond the group stage of the World Cup.
