Accord Party Assures Members of 2027 Ballot Presence

Professor Jerome Nyameh, a representative of the Accord Party in Taraba State, assured party members that the Accord Party will be on the ballot for the 2027 elections despite a recent Federal High Court judgment. Nyameh called for calm among party supporters, emphasizing that the court's decision represents an early stage in ongoing legal processes and should not discourage members.

He explained that the judgment is subject to further judicial review, including appeals to the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court. Nyameh expressed confidence in the party's ability to pursue legal options to ensure justice is ultimately achieved.

He reaffirmed that the Accord Party remains a viable political platform with established structures across the country and continues to enjoy growing support. Nyameh also referenced prominent figures within the party, including Osun State Governor Ademola Adeleke, and encouraged members to focus on grassroots mobilization and maintain unity despite temporary legal distractions.
