Accord Party Names Christopher Imumolen as 2027 Candidate

The Accord Party has officially announced Christopher Imumolen as its consensus presidential candidate for the upcoming 2027 general elections. This decision was made during a consensus vote at the party's presidential primary held in Lagos, as disclosed by Muktar Abdullah, the party's national secretary, in a statement issued to journalists in Abuja on Thursday.

The primary election showcased significant support for Imumolen, who is noted for being the youngest presidential candidate in the 2023 electoral cycle. His candidacy is backed by a strong representation from the party's vibrant younger demographic.
