Fayemi Critiques APC for Losing Vision and Direction

Kayode Fayemi, the former Governor of Ekiti State, stated that the All Progressives Congress (APC) has completely lost its bearing and vision. During an interview with Edmund Obilo on a podcast, Fayemi discussed the current state of the party, emphasizing that it has failed to engage in intellectual debates and address critical issues.

He noted that the APC's inability to reach consensus has led to internal implosion, which he described as unfortunate. Fayemi lamented that the party, which should be a guiding force, has instead become disconnected from the people it represents.

He expressed concern over the leadership at Aso Rock, indicating that those in power are not effectively addressing the needs of the populace. Fayemi's remarks reflect a growing discontent within the party regarding its direction and effectiveness in governance.
