Kalu Urges APC Unity for Tinubu's 2027 Success in Abia

During a meeting with the OUK Movement in Abia State, Orji Uzor Kalu, a senator representing Abia North and a prominent member of the All Progressives Congress (APC), called for the party to deliver for President Bola Tinubu in the upcoming 2027 elections. Kalu emphasized the importance of unity within the APC, stating that the party must ensure victory at all levels, including the presidential, senatorial, and state assembly elections.

He warned against any sabotage within the party, asserting that the APC must not repeat past mistakes from the 2023 elections. Kalu also discussed the allocation of substantial funds to Abia State by President Tinubu and advocated for the establishment of state police for enhanced security.

He cautioned the current governor against misusing state police resources and reaffirmed his brother, Mascot Uzor Kalu's, ambition for the governorship in 2027. Kalu's remarks reflect a strategic push for APC cohesion and electoral preparedness in Abia State.
