APGA Launches E-Membership Registration March 1, 2027

The All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) announced that it will begin a nationwide electronic membership registration on March 1, 2027, in preparation for the upcoming general elections. Dr. Ejimofor Opara, the National Public Secretary of APGA, made this disclosure during a press conference in Awka.

The registration process will occur simultaneously across 8,809 electoral wards in Nigeria, highlighting APGA's commitment to innovation, transparency, and inclusivity in party administration. This initiative follows APGA's achievement in June 2024, becoming the first political party in Nigeria to automate its membership registration process.

The electronic registration aims to enhance efficiency and broaden participation, with the current drive targeting an increase in membership from one million to two million. Interested Nigerians must present a valid voter’s card and two passport photographs to complete the online registration via the party's official website.

Existing members are not required to re-register but are encouraged to update their records.
