APM Strengthens Alliance with PDP for 2027 Elections

The Accord Party Movement (APM) is actively engaging in alliance discussions with the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and other political entities ahead of the 2027 elections. APM National Publicity Secretary Abubakar Yusuf made this announcement in Abuja on Sunday, highlighting the growing support for Governor Makinde as the APM's presidential candidate.

The Ekiti Chapter of the PDP has publicly reaffirmed its commitment to this alliance, endorsing Makinde as their preferred candidate. This gathering in Ado-Ekiti saw numerous supporters from both parties come together to express their collaboration while maintaining their individual party identities.

Yusuf emphasized that the APM is focused on winning the election, citing Makinde's strong governance record in Oyo State as a key factor in attracting national support. He noted that the APM is building a robust campaign structure and is determined to run an issue-based campaign, welcoming all Nigerians who share their vision for national renewal.
