ADC Warns Public Against Fraudulent Nomination Form Sales

The African Democratic Congress (ADC) issued a statement alerting the public to fraudulent activities regarding the sale of nomination forms for the 2027 general elections. Bolaji Abdullahi, the party's official spokesperson, emphasized that the party's National Working Committee (NWC) is the only authorized body to manage the nomination form sales.

The ADC clarified that any claims made by unauthorized individuals or groups regarding the sale of these forms are false and violate the party's constitution and electoral laws. The statement also addressed a viral video circulating on social media, which falsely suggested that ADC National Chairman David Mark had endorsed fraudulent stakeholders involved in the sale of nomination forms.

The ADC urged genuine members to remain focused on lawful activities and to report any impersonation or misinformation, assuring that such actions would be dealt with according to party constitutional law.
