Buratai Dismisses Allegations Against Tinubu as False

Tukur Buratai, the former Chief of Army Staff, has publicly dismissed media reports that claimed he criticized President Bola Ahmed Tinubu. Buratai labeled these allegations as false and malicious, asserting that they lacked credibility and failed to specify when he supposedly made such comments.

He emphasized his unwavering loyalty to the All Progressives Congress (APC) and reiterated his support for Tinubu's administration, particularly in its efforts to address insecurity and ongoing counterinsurgency operations across Nigeria. Buratai, who has four decades of military experience, urged Nigerians to disregard the misleading reports that he accused of damaging reputations.

He remains a committed member of the APC and has pledged to support the current government in its initiatives.
