Abba Warns Against Election Result Tampering in 2027

Suleiman Abba, the former Inspector-General of Police and current senatorial candidate for Jigawa Southwest representing the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), issued a strong warning against any attempts to manipulate his election results in the upcoming 2027 National Assembly elections. This statement was made during the formal launch of his campaign and manifesto in Dutse, Jigawa State.

Abba, who has 31 years of experience in law enforcement, including serving as the Chairman of the Planning Committee for the Security of the 2015 elections, stated he would pursue any unlawful interference with his election results through legal channels. He called for a peaceful electoral process and urged his opponents to refrain from violence, emphasizing that his campaign would be issue-based and respectful.

Abba's agenda includes enhancing youth employment, education, healthcare, and agriculture, promising to support farmers with better access to resources. His ultimate goal is to secure a credible mandate and ensure the integrity of the electoral process.
