ADC Coalition Orders Members to Join Ahead of 2027 Elections

The ADC coalition has instructed its members to leave their former parties and join ADC ahead of the 2027 elections to challenge President Bola Tinubu. Notable figures like former Vice President Atiku Abubakar have already joined ADC, while others maintain ties with their original parties.

The coalition's National Publicity Secretary announced this decision after a caucus meeting in Abuja, attended by prominent politicians like National Chairman David Mark and former Vice President Atiku Abubakar. The coalition plans to hold primary elections in Osun and Ekiti States before the governorship polls.

The move aims to consolidate opposition forces against President Tinubu in the upcoming elections.
