Primate Ayodele Warns Tinubu Over US Document Release

On Tuesday, Primate Elijah Ayodele, the leader of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, cautioned President Bola Ahmed Tinubu regarding the potential release of documents by the United States government that could threaten his second-term aspirations. These documents, which are currently under discussion in a US court, allegedly contain evidence of past crimes committed by Tinubu.

Abubakar Atiku, the presidential candidate of the African Democratic Congress, has been advocating for the documents' release. Ayodele stated that powerful individuals are involved in this matter and warned that if the documents are made public, it would effectively end Tinubu's chances for a second term.

He expressed concern that Tinubu is unaware of the seriousness of the situation, claiming that those advising him are misleading him. Ayodele emphasized that the US could release the documents at any time unless Tinubu takes significant measures to prevent it, suggesting that an interim government could result from the documents' release.
