Fubara Supports Tinubu's 2027 Re-election Bid in Rivers

On Thursday, during an open meeting with the Southern Nigeria Traditional Ruler Council in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Governor Siminalayi Fubara endorsed President Bola Tinubu's re-election bid for 2027. He urged Nigerians to support Tinubu's second term to continue the implementation of his ambitious vision for sustainable development in the country.

Fubara described Tinubu as a dedicated and highly patriotic leader, highlighting the achievements of his administration over the past three years, including ongoing infrastructure projects like the coastal road project in southern Nigeria. He called for unity among the southern states, emphasizing the importance of traditional rulers in linking the government with the grassroots and fostering peace and progress.

Fubara encouraged traditional rulers to engage in productive discussions to promote peace and security across the region, asserting that collaboration among southern states would help achieve common goals for the people.
