Hope Alive Initiative Launches Tinubu's 2027 Campaign in Abuja

On Wednesday, the Hope Alive Initiative commenced a grassroots mobilization campaign in Abuja to promote President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s 2027 re-election bid. The campaign featured giant mascots and marked the official start of the electioneering season as per the amended Electoral Act 2026.

Ernest Omoarelojie, the Director of Press and Communications for the Hope Alive Initiative, stated that the initiative aims to engage Nigerians directly on the Tinubu administration's policies and programs, moving beyond traditional political gatherings. Omoarelojie expressed the group's belief that the administration has made significant strides in areas such as the students loan scheme, economic reforms, foreign exchange management, and infrastructure development.

He urged Nigerians to evaluate the administration based on its achievements rather than political sentiments, emphasizing that the reforms require time to manifest their full impact. The campaign seeks to encourage citizens to support the administration's ongoing policies and use the 2027 election as an opportunity to assess the government's direction.
