INEC Cannot Ensure Tinubu's Victory in 2027, Says Ayodele

Primate Elijah Ayodele, the leader of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, asserted that the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) will be unable to ensure victory for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in the upcoming 2027 presidential election if the opposition effectively organizes its strategy. In a statement released on Monday by his media aide, Osho Oluwatosin, Ayodele expressed concerns that Tinubu is relying on individuals, particularly certain state governors, who may ultimately disappoint him.

He claimed that those surrounding the president are misleading him and that Tinubu is "blindfolded spiritually." Ayodele emphasized that the election's outcome will be influenced by spiritual factors and that Tinubu's dependence on the United States and France for support could hinder his chances. He warned that if the opposition mobilizes effectively, it would be challenging for Tinubu to secure a second term, stating that the political landscape is fraught with uncertainty, particularly in the northern regions of Nigeria.
