Kogi Youths Donate N100M for Tinubu's 2027 Nomination

A group of youths from Kogi State has donated N100 million to Bola Ahmed Tinubu to assist with his nomination fee for the 2027 presidential election. The donation was presented by Kogi State Governor Usman Ododo on a Monday, representing the All Progressives Congress (APC).

This financial contribution is expected to cover the nomination form fee as Tinubu expresses interest in contesting during the presidential primary. Prof.

This initiative marks the second instance of a group from Kogi State indicating interest in supporting Tinubu's nomination, although it is noted that this is the first group to make a significant financial commitment.

Governor Ododo emphasized the importance of youth involvement in politics, stating that no governor in Nigeria has previously given youth such a prominent role, highlighting Tinubu's efforts to engage young people in governance.
