Mbah Declared APC Candidate for Enugu Governorship 2027

Peter Mbah has emerged as the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate for the Enugu governorship in the 2027 general elections, following the conclusion of the party's primary election led by Hon. Danmalikin Hausa.

The primary saw 397 out of 370 accredited party members participate across 260 wards. In his acceptance speech, Mbah expressed happiness over his nomination and emphasized that his administration has kept its campaign promises, transforming abstract goals into tangible realities for the people of Enugu.

He outlined significant achievements in various sectors, including modern security infrastructure, healthcare access, agricultural productivity, and job creation through revitalized industries. Mbah acknowledged the contributions of President Bola Tinubu's policies to the state's success and the peaceful conduct of the primary election, which was commended by the APC leadership.

He assured that his administration would continue to invest in the state's development and improve the quality of life for its citizens.
