Wadada Advocates APC Unity Ahead of 2027 Elections

Aliyu Wadada, the preferred governorship aspirant for the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Nasarawa State, has called for unity among party members as he prepares to submit his nomination form for the 2027 governorship election. Speaking at a gathering of party stakeholders in Abuja, Wadada expressed gratitude to Governor Abdullahi Sule for his support and emphasized the need for forgiveness and collaboration within the party to achieve success in the upcoming elections.

He acknowledged the overwhelming support he has received across the state and noted that all 13 local government chairmen in Nasarawa State have endorsed his candidacy. Wadada highlighted the importance of maintaining unity within the APC and urged fellow aspirants to accept the outcome of the selection process.

He also praised President Bola Tinubu for federal allocations to Nasarawa State and called on Nigerians to back the president's economic reforms. The event was attended by key APC figures, including Deputy Governor Emmanuel Akab and State House Assembly Speaker Danladi Jatau.
