Lawal's Aide Claims Governor's Achievements Ensure 2027 Win

Nura Abdullahi Tsafe, the Special Adviser on Political Affairs to Zamfara State Governor Dauda Lawal, asserted that Lawal's performance will provide him with a significant advantage in the upcoming 2027 governorship election. During a courtesy visit from the Jagaban Support Group, led by Chairman Mohammed Adamu, Tsafe emphasized the governor's achievements in infrastructure, education, social development, and the economy, claiming these accomplishments would bolster Lawal's bid for a second term.

Tsafe stated, “His Excellency Governor Dauda Lawal has displayed the highest transformation scorecard in the history of the state.” He expressed confidence that Lawal's record would make it challenging for opposition parties to compete. Adamu pledged the support of the Jagaban Support Group for Lawal's re-election, announcing plans for community sensitization, house-to-house mobilization, and public awareness campaigns ahead of the election.

He also encouraged residents to pray for peace in Zamfara and support Lawal's second-term aspirations.
