Ogun APC Candidate Adeola Presents Running Mate to Tinubu

On Thursday, Senator Solomon Olamilekan Adeola, the All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship candidate for Ogun State, formally presented his running mate, Kudirat Abiodun Adegunwa Balogun, to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in Abuja. The meeting, which included Ogun State Governor Dapo Abiodun and several APC chieftains such as Chief Bisi Akande and Aremo Olusegun Osoba, was intended to offer the Ogun APC governorship ticket to President Tinubu and seek his guidance ahead of the 2027 governorship election.

During the meeting, Adeola expressed confidence that the party's ticket would be awarded to a candidate capable of sustaining Ogun State's development. He emphasized that both he and Balogun possess the vision and leadership qualities necessary for the role.

Governor Dapo Abiodun also expressed gratitude for President Tinubu's continued support for the APC and the development of Ogun State and Nigeria.
