HAI Launches Campaign for Tinubu's 2027 Re-election

The Hope Alive Initiative (HAI) has unveiled the first phase of its grassroots campaign to support President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s re-election in the 2027 presidential election. This initiative coincides with the start of the 2027 election campaign season and will utilize street-level mobilization alongside traditional and digital media platforms.

Key components of the campaign include human mascots, a city-wide SMS campaign, a weekly Pidgin-language radio program titled “Wetin Tinubu Don Do Sef,” and an original campaign jingle. HAI, through its Director of Press and Communications, Ernest Omoarelojie, stated that its support for Tinubu is based on the administration’s reforms in various sectors, including the petroleum sector, foreign exchange stability, and local government autonomy.

The campaign's opening phase will feature approximately 40 human mascots deployed in high-traffic areas of Abuja, marking the beginning of a sustained grassroots effort leading up to the 2027 election.
