Kolawole Endorses Tinubu, Ododo for Re-election in Kogi

On Friday, during a mega rally organized by Team Yomi Kola in Kabba, Prince Matthew Kolawole, the former Speaker of the Kogi State House of Assembly, urged the residents of Kabba-Bunu/Ijumu federal constituency to support the re-election of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo. Kolawole described the event as a moment for reflection on governance and called for an objective assessment of the current administrations' policies.

He highlighted key initiatives from the Tinubu administration, such as the Students Loan Scheme and various empowerment programs, which aim to enhance access to education and create economic opportunities. Kolawole also praised the reconstruction of the Kabba–Egbe–Ilorin road for its potential economic benefits.

He acknowledged the Federal Government's efforts in improving security and commended Governor Ododo for prioritizing security and workers' welfare in Kogi State. Additionally, he noted the establishment of Kogi State University, Kabba, and the payment of WAEC and NECO fees for public school students as significant contributions to education.
