Kogi West APC Endorses Tinubu, Ododo for Second Term

The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Kogi West Senatorial District has unanimously endorsed President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Kogi State Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo for a second term in office, declaring that there is “no vacancy” in both Aso Rock and Lugard House. This resolution was made during a stakeholders’ meeting held on Saturday in Kabba, convened by Hon.

Funsho Olumoko, the immediate past Chairman of Ijumu Local Government Area, and Kogi State Security Adviser, Commander Jerry Omodara (Rtd). Party leaders emphasized that the APC would not tolerate disloyalty from political appointees and warned that those engaging in anti-party activities risk losing their appointments.

They resolved to compile the names of such appointees for removal. Commander Omodara stated that government appointments are privileges obtained through the APC and should not be used to undermine the party.

The stakeholders urged unity among APC members in Okunland to secure victories in future elections and passed a vote of confidence in the administrations of President Tinubu and Governor Ododo.
