Dr. Reginald Amadi Enters Imo Gubernatorial Race 2027

Dr. Reginald Amadi announced his intention to run for the Imo gubernatorial race in 2027, representing the Progressive Congress (APC).

His campaign launch took place at Emekuku Mission High School in Owerri North Local Government Area, where he was met with an unprecedented crowd despite heavy rainfall. Amadi, a Nigerian-born businessman based in the United States, highlighted his commitment to addressing critical issues in Imo State, including infrastructural development, poverty reduction, and job creation.

He criticized the current state of insecurity and poverty, urging the electorate to choose credible candidates for governance. Amadi's campaign received endorsements from local political leaders, including Hon.

Prince Eric and Hon. Maxwell Nlebadim, who praised his vision and commitment to transforming the state.
