SDP Welcomes INEC's Confirmation of Adebayo for 2027

The Social Democratic Party (SDP) leaders have expressed their approval of the Independent National Electoral Commission's (INEC) confirmation of Prince Adewole Adebayo as the party's presidential candidate for the upcoming 2027 general election. This confirmation is viewed as a significant milestone, following INEC's publication of the final list of presidential candidates.

Felix Obuseh, the Chairman of the SDP in Delta State, stated that Adebayo's inclusion has enhanced the confidence of party members and supporters nationwide. He emphasized the party's commitment to mobilizing support for Adebayo ahead of the election.

Bilal Aliyu Gusau, the Chairman of the SDP in Zamfara State, also congratulated Adebayo on his confirmation and wished him success in his campaign. Cotterell Tumbodiaa remarked that the confirmation of Adebayo and his running mate is a crucial step in the party's preparations for the election, expressing hope that the SDP will provide a credible alternative for Nigerians.
