Kwara APC Optimistic About 2027 Elections, Urges Unity

The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Kwara State has expressed optimism regarding the resolution of its current challenges ahead of the 2027 general elections. Abdullahi Samari, the APC State Deputy Chairman, made this statement on Saturday in Ilorin during the formal declaration of support by Hakeem Oladimeji Lawal for Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq and the party’s 2027 governorship candidate, Yakubu Salihu Danladi.

Samari acknowledged the difficult period the party is experiencing but conveyed confidence that improvements would occur before the elections, stating, “Things will be better than this before election. It is a tough time for our party.

But we will win the election.” He also encouraged party members to avoid confrontations with those who have left or become aggrieved, urging them instead to persuade these individuals to return to the party.
