Wadada Thanks Sule for 2027 Governorship Endorsement

Ahmadu Aliyu Wadada, a lawmaker, publicly thanked Governor Abdullahi Sule of Nasarawa State for endorsing him as his preferred successor for the 2027 governorship election. During a media interaction in Lafia, Wadada described the endorsement as a significant responsibility and a testament to the political wisdom displayed by Governor Sule.

He pledged to justify the confidence placed in him and acknowledged that he could not achieve success alone, urging support from other aspirants. Wadada also called for unity within the All Progressives Congress (APC) and cautioned against inflammatory statements that could lead to division.

He emphasized the importance of collaboration among party stakeholders to consolidate the achievements of Governor Sule and promote development in Nasarawa State. Additionally, he mentioned that consultations would continue, particularly with former Inspector General of Police Mohammed Adamu Abubakar, who is also a contender in the governorship race.
